Hi,

The Beach Yoga is one of Harmony Summer Traditions since 2009. My daughter was a little and find a special event of the summer gathering.

I corporate the 5 nature elements (Water, Air, Fire, Either, Earth) into Yoga, Qi-going, meditation. You will experience your wholeness and harmony with nature.

As we do Yoga with sound of ocean waves, birds, sea breathe, morning sun, we feel grounded and our body and soul are uplifted.

We set up a stationary tent. We bring the coffee, tea, favored herb water, fruits, and a little nibbling for after the yoga practice. It is nice to see in person and get together with the distant manners are encouraging and joyful. We need it during our hard situation.

Just wake up and come! It is worth to put on effort to wake up early. I am sure you gain the special day. Contact to Mariko for details ASAP

Bring a yoga mat and 2 big beach towels for under the yoga mat. sun protect things if you need.
